By booking, purchasing, or participating in any Paws of Zen class or event, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Paws of Zen offers puppy yoga experiences that combine light physical activity with supervised interaction with puppies. Classes are designed to be beginner-friendly but may involve movement, balance, and coordination.

3. Eligibility

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to take part in light exercise
  • You understand the nature of interacting with live animals
  • You will follow all instructions provided by staff

Participation is at your own risk.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Paws of Zen is not a medical or healthcare provider. You are responsible for consulting a physician prior to participating if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns (including pregnancy).

5. Assumption of Risk

By attending, you acknowledge that:

  • Physical activity carries inherent risks (including injury)
  • Interaction with animals may involve unpredictable behavior (scratches, minor bites, tripping hazards, etc.)

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

6. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paws of Zen, its owners, staff, and partners (including collaborating puppy providers) are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in classes or events.

All participants are required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to attending.

7. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

All bookings must be made in advance, and payment is required to secure your spot.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to our Policies page.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Follow all staff instructions
  • Treat puppies with care and respect
  • Maintain a safe and considerate environment for other guests

We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not follow these guidelines without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media (including logos, branding, photos, and text) is owned by Paws of Zen and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes unless you notify us in advance.

11. Changes to Services

Paws of Zen reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes at any time. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paws of Zen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
